and tell us where to find it. Please use your own words to describe the site,

Our script will automatically check for our link on the page you specify, and in the future will periodically verify that it still exists. In the future, if the script is unable to find our link on the specified page, you'll be automatically emailed with a reminder. If we are still unable to find our link after 3 tries, your site will be removed from the directory.
